一、Establishment, job title, and job responsibility. 1.Organizational structure: Please refer to the website/About PAHSCO/Organizational structure for details. 2.The management: PAHSCO is organized with the delegation of one President, one Vice President-Administration, one Vice President-Sales and Marketing, and once Plant Manager. 3.Job title and job responsibility of the management： (1)President: Mr. Ren Chong is responsible for business decision-making and ensuring the business operation of PAHSCO and complying with regulations and customer’s demands. (2)Vice President-Administration: Mr. J.M. Lee is the spokesperson and Accounting and Finance Officer of PAHSCO; also, is responsible for administration planning and control and special projects. (3)Vice President-Sales and Marketing: Mr. J.M. Lee is responsible for business and marketing planning and control; also, is responsible for special projects. (4)Plant Manager: Mr. J.H. Liao is responsible for the operation of the manufacturing facility; also, is responsible for the effective establishment, enforcement, and maintenance of the quality system.
