Human Rights Policy
PAHSCO respects and supports the fundamental human rights of international conventions, including the principles and spirit of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Global Compact, and implement: We do not employ child labor, prohibit forced labor, oppose discrimination or differential treatment in employment, provide a safe and sanitary working environment, etc.
We comply with labor-related laws and regulations, respect the rights of employees to organize and participate in labor unions and collective bargaining, comply with laws and regulations in the appointment and dismissal of employees, payroll, and other operations, establish and announce work rules and related management rules and procedures, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees. In 2021, we conducted internal training on human rights, including gender equality in the workplace, prohibition of sexual harassment, and explanation of the complaint system, for a total of 184 hours.
