Reporting and Grievance Channels

PAHSCO is committed to respecting, protecting, and promoting the human rights of all stakeholders. We strictly adhere to the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. Our commitments cover labor and human rights, occupational safety and health (including the prevention of unlawful workplace violence), the prevention of sexual harassment, ethical business conduct, and anti-corruption practices. We have also established the “Reporting and Grievance Handling Procedures” to ensure that stakeholders have access to fair and effective remedies.

  1. Complaints related to unlawful workplace conduct, workplace sexual harassment, employees’ labor rights, and other related matters: hr@pahsco.com.tw
  2. Complaints related to illegal activities, breaches of integrity, and other related misconduct: legs@pahsco.com.tw
 
  • External Channels
      PAHSCO has engaged a third party to establish an independent grievance channel that operates 24/7,
      supports multiple languages, and allows for anonymous reporting.
