A part of one chamber chest bottle has a tube inside and when being filled with designated volume of water, it could perform a water seal characteristic to prevent air return to the patient. It also has visible marking line indicating 2 cm depth from the bottom and marks practitioner establish correct water seal. It can connect with other chambers, and form three-chamber chest drainage system.
