Chemical Management

We build a chemical e-system by using the digital management mode and our current information system. It helps us better manage the sources of chemicals and makes the related hazard information easily accessible to the employees to practically implement the policy of the hazardous chemicals identification and general knowledge management. A total of 3 chemicals operations have been electronified:

I. Chemical information search/download (including physical and chemical characteristics, hazard identification, ingredient identification, hazard labels, SDS (Safety Data Sheet), exposure precautionary measures, first aids, firefighting measures, emergency response and leakage response)



II. Hazardous substances list (Every unit fills out the form at the end of every June and December based on use and the occupational safety and health unit compiles reports.)



III. Chemicals purchase application form (new chemicals, applicable to the chemicals that haven’t bought before or used before but the user intends to purchase from new suppliers)
